Kamal
Advani
Managing Director, Operations
Kamal is a managing director at Internet Capital Group. Prior
to joining ICG, Kamal was senior vice president and chief
financial officer of Advanta Business Cards, a leading issuer
of credit cards to small businesses. Since 1994, Kamal served
in various other capacities at Advanta including vice president
of corporate development and vice president of investor relations
at Advanta Corp. and chief financial officer of Vehicle Information
Network, an early stage company that Advanta had invested
in.
Earlier in his career, Kamal was a senior manager in the
financial advisory services group at Coopers & Lybrand,
where he provided financial consulting services to a broad
range of companies in connection with mergers, acquisitions,
financing transactions, and business reorganizations. He also
served as an audit manager at Coopers & Lybrand.
Kamal brings over 20 years of diverse experience to Internet
Capital Group and its partner companies.

Doug Alexander
Managing Director, Operations
An original member of ICG's advisory
board, Doug joined the company full-time in September 1997
as Managing Director. Doug has had many roles at ICG including
CEO of WiseWire Technologies, which was successfully sold
to Lycos; Chairman of Verticalnet through its IPO; CEO of
ICG Europe; and CEO of Mobility Technologies.
In addition to these roles, Doug's primary focus at ICG has
been to sponsor and oversee investments in several partner
companies that have included Blackboard (Nasdaq: BBBB), Verticalnet
(Nasdaq:VERT), eMerge Interactive (Nasdaq: EMRG), Arbinet-thexchange
(Nasdaq: ARBX), WiseWire (acquired by Lycos), LinkShare (acquired by Rakuten), CreditTrade (merged with Creditex Group), StarCite,
Mobility Technologies, and Investor Force. Doug currently serves
on the boards of Channel Intelligence, Creditex, Investor Force, StarCite,
ICG Commerce and WhiteFence.
Prior to joining ICG, Doug co-founded Reality Online in 1989.
Reality Online was an early innovator in the development of
award-winning financial planning tools and online services
aimed at the individual investor. With the advent of the Internet,
Doug transformed the company into a leading provider of Internet
solutions to the retail brokerage industry, and then sold
the company to Reuters in February 1994. Over the following
3 years, Doug became a key contributor to Reuters' many Internet
initiatives and a frequent speaker on the Internet and its
impact on the financial services industry. Prior to co-founding
Reality Online, Doug was a partner with Strategic Management
Group, a corporate training firm and three-time Inc. 500 company.

Walter W. Buckley III
Co-Founder, CEO, and Chairman of the Board
Walter is co-founder, chief executive officer and chairman of the board of Internet Capital Group. Prior to ICG, Walter was vice president of acquisitions for Safeguard Scientifics, Inc., where he led many of Safeguard's investments through the mid-1990s, including Diamond Technology, ChromoVision and Video Server. He also was responsible for developing and executing Safeguard's multimedia and Internet investment strategies.
Before Safeguard, Walter was president and co-founder of Centralized Management Systems, Inc., a medical supply company, which he sold in 1987. Previously, he spent three years at CoreStates in the commercial lending group.
Walter was included in Business Week's 2000 "eBiz 25," listing of the 25 most influential people in electronic business, Price Waterhouse honored Walter with its “Entrepreneur of the Year” in 2000, and the Greater Philadelphia Venture Group honored him with its "Entrepreneurial Excellence Award" in June 2000.
In addition to serving as Chairman of the Board for ICG, Walter sits on the board of ICG Commerce. He is Chairman of the Starfinder Foundation, a non-profit organization, the Board of Advisors of the Carolina Entrepreneurial Initiative and on the Board of Visitors of the Kenan-Flagler Business School at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Anthony
P. Dolanski
Managing Director, Operations
Tony is a managing director at Internet Capital Group. He works closely with ICG’s private core companies in helping to drive their growth, and is also involved in the company’s acquisition efforts. Additionally, Tony oversees the corporate development and IT functions of ICG.
Tony was a co-founder of Brience, Inc., a wireless software
company, where he directed the finance, legal and other administrative
functions. Previously, he was executive vice president of
Sallie Mae, the nation’s leading provider of student
loans, where he was responsible for finance and systems. During
most of his career Tony was a senior partner at KPMG Peat
Marwick with responsibilities for the financial services and
technology practices and was a member of the firm’s
board of directors. Tony is also the Chairman of the Accounting
Advisory Board at the Pennsylvania State University.

Karen
Greene
Vice President, Investor Relations and Corporate Communications
Karen is vice president of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications
at Internet Capital Group. She has over 15 years of experience in investor
relations, marketing communications and business development. Prior to joining
ICG in 2001, she was part of the Safeguard investor relations and corporate
communications team, working closely with the investment community as well as
some of Safeguard's partner companies. Karen started her career in 1990 as a
part of the investor relations team at CIGNA, and went on from there to hold a
number of financial and marketing communications roles within CIGNA, and then
externally as a consultant to several healthcare-related organizations. Karen
is a member of NIRI National as well as the Philadelphia chapter of NIRI.

Vincent P. Menichelli
Vice President, Operations
Vince is a vice president of operations at Internet Capital
Group and has been with the Company since May 2000. Vince
primarily focuses on overseeing ICG's investments, providing
strategic and financial guidance to ICG's partner companies,
and evaluating new acquisition opportunities.
Prior to joining ICG, Vince spent nine years with Arthur
Andersen LLP and Coopers & Lybrand LLP, most recently as a Senior
Manager in the technology practice of Arthur Andersen LLP.
In these roles, Vince provided management consulting services
including financial analysis, market research, merger and
acquisition transaction support, due diligence and business
valuation as well as audit and accounting services across
a broad range of industries. In addition, he worked with clients
on numerous venture capital investments, acquisitions, initial
public offerings and company sales.
Vince is a CPA and a member of the American and Pennsylvania
Institutes of Certified Public Accountants.

Kirk
Morgan
Chief Financial Officer
Kirk is chief financial officer at Internet Capital Group.
His responsibilities include the oversight of all of ICG's
internal financial operations, including accounting, budgeting,
internal controls, financial systems and internal and external
reporting.
Prior to joining ICG in 1999, Kirk was an audit manager in the Philadelphia
office of PriceWaterhouseCoopers, LLP, where he was a member of the middle
market and growing company practice. Kirk is a CPA and member
of the American and Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public
Accountants.

Bert Navarrete
Vice President, Acquisitions
Bert is responsible for new acquisitions and has experience leading, sourcing, and executing digital media, internet services, and mobile investments. Bert has managed investments in sixteen early stage companies across a variety of technology sectors and has had broad operational and investment management responsibilities.
Prior to ICG, Bert was an Investment Partner at Mitsui & Co., where he led Mitsui’s NY Technology Investment Group. While at Mitsui, Bert was responsible for managing and executing venture and private equity investments and oversaw the firm’s overall investment strategy. He led Mitsui’s investment in Synacor and had board responsibilities for Synacor and Anystream.
Previously, Bert was a Vice President at Merrill Lynch and managed a strategic venture fund consisting of investments in the internet, media, and mobile sectors. Within this portfolio, he managed and was a board observer on several notable investments, including CapitalIQ (NYSE: MHP), The Wedding Channel (NASDAQ: KNOT), and MyFamily.com (part of the Generations Network). Additionally, Bert executed technology business development and strategy for ML’s Technology Group, where he sourced and evaluated strategic technology alliances. Bert was also a founding member of Merrill Lynch’s first seed-stage venture fund which focused on the Financial Services IT sector. He began his career in the Capital Markets Group, where he focused on middle market institutions.

Suzanne
Niemeyer
General Counsel, Managing Director and Secretary
Suzanne is general counsel, managing director and secretary
of Internet Capital Group. Since joining ICG in January 2000, Suzanne
has been involved with numerous acquisitions, dispositions and corporate
restructurings. She provides legal advice to ICG management and Board of
Directors, as well as to partner companies. Additionally she is responsible
for legal compliance matters, including compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
Prior to joining ICG, Suzanne practiced in the business department at Dechert LLP,
where she was a member of the mergers and acquisitions
and corporate and securities practice groups.
While at Georgetown University Law Center, Suzanne was a
notes editor for Law and Policy in International Business.

Scott Powers
Corporate Counsel
Scott joined Internet Capital Group as its Corporate Counsel in May 2006. He provides legal advice to ICG management in connection with mergers, acquisitions, dispositions and other corporate transactions. Scott also focuses on ICG’s and its partner companies’ compliance and other general corporate legal matters, including ICG’s compliance with the requirements of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
Prior to joining ICG, Scott practiced in the business department at Dechert LLP, where he was a member of Dechert’s mergers and acquisitions and corporate and securities practice groups.
At the James E. Beasley School of Law at Temple University, Scott was an Associate Research Editor of the Temple Law Review.

A. Rooney
Vice President, Treasury and Tax
Phil is vice president of treasury and tax at Internet Capital
Group. His responsibilities include managing ICG's internal tax
planning and compliance, structuring acquisitions and dispositions
and managing treasury operations. In addition, Phil is responsible for ICG's
human resources functions as well as managing certain of its partner
companies. Prior to joining ICG, Phil worked for 15 years with KPMG
LLP and Price Waterhouse LLP.
Phil is a CPA and member of the American and Pennsylvania
Institutes of Certified Public Accountants and Tax Executive Institute.

Darren Sandberg
Vice President, Operations
Darren is a Vice President of Operations at Internet Capital Group. He is responsible for evaluating new acquisition opportunities, providing strategic and financial advice and monitoring the performance of partner companies. Darren first joined ICG in 2000. He left the company in 2003 to become Vice President of Corporate Finance at Broder Bros., Co. and returned to ICG in 2006.
At Broder Bros., a highly leveraged distribution company backed by Bain Capital with approximately $1 billion in revenues, Darren was responsible for planning and strategy, various aspects of financial operations and board and bond holder relations. Darren began his career at Arthur Andersen LLP, where he spent 10 years, most recently as a senior manager in the Enterprise Practice. Darren focused on transaction structuring, due diligence, business valuation and audit and accounting services for middle market technology and service companies. At Arthur Andersen, Darren supervised the diligence on over 50 acquisitions and advised numerous clients on the IPO process.

Paul
Slaats
Managing Director, Acquisitions
Paul has over 20 years of experience with a successful track
record as an operating executive and venture capital investor.
His background includes senior management roles in the information
technology and software industries in addition to his experience
in developing, structuring and managing private equity investments.
Paul has over nine years of venture capital and private equity
experience, during which time he has led investments in eleven
early-stage technology companies and led or participated in
over 30 merger, acquisition, and investment transactions.
Paul joined ICG as its third employee, shortly after it was
founded in March 1996. Paul left ICG in 2001 to serve as Senior
Managing Director at Republic Financial Corporation in Denver,
CO and returned to ICG as managing director of acquisitions
in November 2004. Prior to coming to ICG in 1996, Paul was
an Associate at Safeguard Scientifics where he assisted in
the development of new business opportunities across several
technology investment areas. Prior to Safeguard, Paul
was with SAP America where he was responsible for overall
business development for SAP’s enterprise resource planning
software products for SAP America's Southern Region. Paul
also served as Product Group Manager with Marcam Corporation
and held positions in product development, marketing and sales
management with IBM Corporation.
Education: Bachelor of Science in Industrial
Engineering from Purdue University and his MBA from the University
of Chicago.

Dr. Michael D. Zisman
Managing Director, Operations
Mike functions as a managing director at Internet
Capital Group. Before retiring from IBM in 2004, Mike
was vice president of corporate strategy and focused
on IBM's On Demand strategy. Previous to this position,
he was General Manager of Storage Software for the IBM
Storage Systems Group. This position followed his post
as Vice President of Emerging Business Development,
reporting to the IBM Vice Chairman. Mike was also
in the IBM Software Group and led IBM's entry into the
knowledge management market and distributed learning
market. Prior to that, Mike served as CEO of Lotus
Development Corporation, shortly after Lotus was acquired
by IBM. During his tenure at IBM, Mike served on the
IBM Worldwide Management Council and the IBM Corporate
Technology Council.
Before joining IBM, Mike was Senior Vice President
of the Lotus Communications Products Group. He joined
Lotus in 1994 after the Company's acquisition of Soft-Switch,
Inc., a software firm that he founded in 1979 and headed
until that acquisition. Prior to founding Soft-Switch,
he was a member of the faculty at the Sloan School of
Management at MIT. He is a trustee of Lehigh University,
a member of the Philadelphia Orchestra Board of Directors
, a member of the Main Line Health Board of Governors,
an overseer of the Penn School of Engineering and Applied
Science, and member of the Advisory Board of the College
of Engineering at Lehigh. He also serves on the Boards
of a number of ICG partner companies.
