Wayne, Pa. - July 16, 2007 - Internet Capital Group (NASDAQ:ICGE) will release the financial results for its second quarter ended June 30, 2007 on Thursday, August 2, 2007, before the market opens.

The Company will host a conference call to discuss the second quarter results on Thursday, August 2, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. ET. Participating on the conference call will be Walter Buckley, ICG’s chairman and chief executive officer and Kirk Morgan, chief financial officer of the Company.
