WAYNE, Pa. -- October 23, 2006 – Internet Capital Group (NASDAQ:ICGE) will release the financial results for its third quarter ended September 30, 2006 on Thursday, November 2, 2006, before the market opens.

The Company will host a conference call to discuss the third quarter results on Thursday, November 2, 2006 at 10:00am ET.
